Lumia Loft Apartments, SE1

Lumia Loft Apartments, originally a 1950’s print works warehouse, was purchased by the Viventi family and used for some years as an antiques warehouse.

In 2008 the warehouse was converted in to 14 loft style apartments with two ground floor commercial units. The apartments are let out on ASTs and one commercial unit is let to a local Estate Agency while the other is used as Lumia Commercial head office.
