The Hub, Bell Yard Mews

The Hub was originally a storage warehouse which was subsequently knocked down. Lumia Commercial purchased the 4500 square foot groud floor offices off plan in 2007. The units have remained part of the commercial rental portfolio held my Lumia Commercial. The office units have proved popular over the years, benefitting from a high level of interior specification and direct views over the park providing good light and a pleasant working environment for companies.
