Tower Bridge Road

Formerly a print works warehouse this building was initially purchased as premises to use for the storage and sales of antique furniture.

In 2007 planning permission was granted for it to be converted in to 14 apartments with the ground floor retaining the commercial element. The architects, Hampson Williams, were commissioned to design and oversee the entire project with the brief to "retain as much of the original warehouse features as possible".

Each apartment has original exposed brick work creating a "loft" feel along with luxury fully tiled bathrooms which have proved very popular with tenants. The whole building has been retained and fully let since its completion in 2009.
